For custom-made to order items, please anticipate a processing time of 1-3 weeks before your order is shipped. Following processing, an additional 1-2 weeks should be expected for shipping.

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 24 hours from the time of placing your order to cancel without incurring any fees. After this period, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing and handling costs.
What if I have a custom-made order?
Custom-made orders are considered final sales and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances. Each custom-made item is uniquely crafted to meet your specifications and cannot be resold or returned to inventory.
